The reason I ordered it. I was disappointed in the spring tension when rewinding it. Although it is adjustable, the instructions recommend only tightening 1 turn past its factory setting. I had to go 3 turns past that just to get it to rewind the hose all the way! Seems OK otherwise, considering it is plastic. Just with the reviews I read, it would be a little "sturdier".
